Sizing Down off of 5 Acres
Well, I can't take care of 5 acres anymore. My neck won't let me. Soooo, we have signed a contract on a new house in The Ridge @ The Woods. The Carpet went down today. The yard won't take me but about 30 min. and there is still plenty of room for grandkids to play - inside or outside. It is not finished yet but we are suppose to close on Oct. 10 and will move the next week. We'll put Jeff Davis on the market after some painting and carpet replacement.

The new house looks really nice. My favorite part is the shower. Too bad about the house on Jeff Davis though. That is a great place. Sorry you have to move, that's a pain.
We really hate to leave the beauty out here, but you do what you have to do. The other place is very pretty.
I deleted the 1st comment because I misspelled something and I hate that! What I said was: The place is gorgeous! Now I just need to know which room is mine??? :)
Actually you can stay on the back porch if you like. It has a TV and a fireplace. Otherwise there are two extra bedrooms with a bath in between them.
